Tasting: Dark cherry color. Deep, persistent, and perfumed into the nose, with aromas reminiscent of cherry and black fruit (plums, blackberries). The palate is velvety, warm and glutinous. Also roasted notes, licorice and dark fruit. It is a round wine, elegant, it has a sweet tooth, very well structured which invites you to drink it. A very personal signature wine by Santi Jordi, a young but experimented wine maker. According to him “My wines are fruit of my expression, respect the natural process and craftsmanship and are unconventional.
Food pairing: An ideal accompaniment to stews, blue fish, rice.
