The palate is oily, smooth and lively, with the initial characteristic sweetness of Pedro Ximenez grape; whereas soft salty notes give the counterpoint. Its marked acidity appears highly integrated, resulting in a dry and long ending in mouth. An ocean of mixed feelings. A powerful aftertaste makes this wine a unique, complex and amazing product.
