Wines against Heat (1). White and rosé

Climate change is a fact, and whether we like it or not, it affects our habits of life, our food, and of course, it is present in the wines we choose. At least in southern Europe, the summer has moved forward, has arrived with force and very high temperatures, but we will not stop drinking wine, we should only look for those that fit best with high temperatures. Here is a careful selection of wines with good value for money, which can give a touch of freshness and fruity to our summer meals; and of course, any of them are a perfect snack if we decide not to accompany them with any type of food. In our first selection we go with three white and two rosé which price in no case exceeds 10 €.
