Wines against Heat (2). Red wines

Although red wines are associated with cooler temperatures and other seasons different to summer time, it is always a good time for a red wine, as long as you choose the right choice. There is a wide range of wines on the market which, due to their very moderate temperatures and their degree of acidity, stand out for their freshness and fruitiness. Here they come some recommendations, none of which exceeds 10 euros.

This red wine is surprising for its freshness despite the time in the barrel. Rich and deep on the nose with aromas of red fruits and cherries, rosemary and thyme. Also a  nice spices bouquet such as clove. In the mouth it shows mineral at the same time as fruity, with a very present acidity and tannins very tamed. This is a silky, structured wine with a clean and persistent finish. Very round and balanced. A wine to take alone or accompanied by rice, mushrooms, blue fish, certain types of salads ... Red wine of half a layer of a nice purple color. Very fruity on the nose, where it brings out all its Atlantic character, black fruit, slate, light balsamic touches and black pepper. It is a very well finished wine, very balanced between the fruit, the soft tannins, and the acidity that brings you so much freshness.
