Wine and Cinema: Sideways

We inaugurate our Wine and Cinema section with a classic: Sideways. A wonderful comedy that as a road movie narrates humorously the adventures of two friends, one of them, Miles, a great wine fan, who decide to undertake a trip through Santa Ynez Valley in Santa Bárbara (California) to celebrate the bachelor party of one of them. The longed-for fun trip ends up becoming an emotional and vital journey, where the problems that affect their controversial personal lives end up imposing themselves. This adventure will take you to visit many places and wineries in this beautiful region of California. It does not lack the comments about the world of wine, and of course a romantic and sentimental touch that will make this trip an unexpected adventure. Film highly recommended, not only for wine lovers, but for anyone who wants to have a good time. Magnificent the role of Paul Giamatti as Miles.
