Cinco Tintos Gallegos


Son vinos de trago largo, donde la fruta destaca sobre la madera; y la acidez, aunque integrada, está presente de manera notoria.
Viticultores que buscan en sus vinos la esencia del concepto “terroir”, y con ello transmitir  las sensaciones de la  tierra de la que proceden. Recuperan modos de producción tradicionales, donde el entorno y el respeto al medio ambiente son prioritarios. La agricultura biodinámica es una constante en todos ellos. El concepto de vinos de autor es común a todos ellos.
Los vinos que se probaron son: Quinta da Muradella (Alanda, 2008) de la D.O. Monterrei, Alan de Val (Pedrazais, 2012) de la D.O. Valdeorras, 30 Copelos (Lagar do Merens, 2012) de la D.O. Ribeiro, Zárate (Loureiro, 2011) de la D.O. Rías Baixas Salnés, y Algueira (Pizarra 2011) de la D.O. Ribeira Sacra. (Leer Más).......

Five Galician Red Wines


They are wines to be drunk slowly and calmly, where the fruit notes prevail over the wood, and the acidity, although integrated, is conspicuously present . Winegrowers looking for the essence of the concept "terroir " in their wines, and thus to convey the feelings of the earth from which they come. These producers recover traditional methods of production, where the environment and respect for the soil are priority. Biodynamic farming is a constant in all of them, as far as the concept of author´s wine is also common to all.
