From the popular Portuguese region of Algarve, this red wine stands out from view by its nice ruby and violet tones showing its youth. With an intense and prolonged aroma, which brings back memories of ripe red fruit, it is a well balanced and easy wine to drink. The acidity is very present, which gives freshness facing the characteristic green pepper of Cabernet Sauvignon. It is a vivid wine to the palate, warm and unctuous, with a very good value for money.

Food pairing: Due to its youth, structure and freshness, is a wine suitable for a wide range of dishes ranging from salads with goat cheese, bacon, pasta, white meat or blue fish.
