Wines against Heat (1). White and rosé
Climate change is a
fact, and whether we like it or not, it affects our habits of life, our food,
and of course, it is present in the wines we choose. At least in southern
Europe, the summer has moved forward, has arrived with force and very high
temperatures, but we will not stop drinking wine, we should only look for those
that fit best with high temperatures. Here is a careful selection of wines with
good value for money, which can give a touch of freshness and fruity to our
summer meals; and of course, any of them are a perfect snack if we decide not
to accompany them with any type of food. In our first selection we go with
three white and two rosé which price in no case exceeds 10 €.

White
wine of a beautiful yellow-green color. The nose is deeply aromatic, with
scents reminiscent of flowers and tropical fruits, especially pineapple. In the
mouth it is silky and unctuous with very fruity flavors related to tropical
fruit. Very lively and fresh, with a remarkable persistence and tamed acidity, that
invites to be drunk once again. Ideal for drinking alone, as an appetizer, or accompanying

A
rosé wine of a remarkable pink color and a very fruity character. Cherry,
raspberry and strawberry mix in this
wine of appreciable acidity and deep freshness from Northern Portugal. Very
soft to the palate, it is a wine very easy to drink, long drink and, together
with its low graduation, make it an ideal product to consume in summer seasons.

cheerful, fresh and easy to drink. Ideal for drinking alone and refreshing
summer nights, but also mixes very well with white meats, rice, pasta or
