Variety: Mencia, furthermore Arauxa (Tempranillo) and Merenzao (red wine).
Vinification: Maceration in stainless steel tanks.
Temperature: 14-16º C.                                                                             Alcohol Content: 13º C.

Tasting: Red color garnet and violet edge. It has a lively and intense nose, with aromas reminiscent of cherry and black berries, and the presence of anise. The taste is sweet, with flavors that evoke candied fruit - raspberry, blackberry, black plum, coffee; it is well structured, with a point very balanced acidity; fresh and fruity, elegant actually . With a silky and long finish, it invites to be sipped again and again . The priest and the altar boy would be the translation for this wine of excellent value for money . (8 €-9$ ) . 92/100 .
