Variety: 100% Godello. (White wine). 
Vinification: Sixty days of a kind of pelicular maceration *. Made in earthenware jars. It is not subject to filtering processes or clarified. Handpicked in vineyards over 70 years.  
Temperature: 8-10 Cº .                                                                                    Alcohol Content: 11,5º C. 








Tasting: Straw-yellow color, cloudy sight. The taste is a very fruity wine, with flavors of medlar, apricot, baked apple and herbaceous notes. The nose is very fresh and fruity. In the mouth, it has mineral notes with a very lively acidity in perfect balance with white fruit. It is a wine resulting from the philosophy of Gregory, vintner identified with traditional winemaking, defender of the biodiversity and non-aggressive treatments to the vines; low yields versus quantity; making quality its hallmark. Only 830 bottles a surprising wine.(39 € ) . 95/100 .

Food pairing: An ideal accompaniment to cheese salads, sushi, baked fish or grilled fish.

*Pelicular  Maceration: The wine macerated in skin contact protected from air and subjected to low temperature, before being pressed and start normal fermentation.
