Tasting: Young red wine with a marked Atlantic character, fresh and fruity. It presents a lively cherry color, limpid, with violet tones. The nose is very fruity, with aromas reminiscent of red fruits, but also the Atlantic forest; light balsamic touches, reminiscent of laurel and heather. In the mouth you can appreciate all the freshness of the fruit of the forest with slight spicy notes and minerals, which denote its origin from the slate and granite slopes of the river Miño in Santa Maria de Nogueira (Lugo, Galicia). Its perfectly integrated acidity is striking. Fusco is a wine with a good retronasal, very lively and light, but full-bodied. A wine that invites to be drunk again and again. € 10

Pairing: A wine that for its body, liveliness and freshness, is worthy of a wide variety of dishes. These vary from red meats, to salads with goat cheese and nuts, fresh cheeses, grilled vegetables, but also valid for pasta and a wide range of blue fish ... tuna, horse mackerel, sardine, etc.
