Red wine of ruby color, little covered. Very floral, it smells of field, freshly cut grass. We also get aromas of red fruit, currant. In the palate is an easy drinking wine; live, fresh, a hint of salty, and with a good acidity. Perfumed and subtle, it is a wine with a good retronasal. Very honorable, it reminds us that this is a wine of terroir, closely linked to the soil where it grew, an Atlantic wine, with all that implies. Great value for the price. 11 $.

Food pairing: Its freshness and fruity make this wine an excellent wild card for many dishes ranging from salads, to fresh cheeses, to white meats or blue fish.
