In this case, we are going to deal with two typical foods of the Easter week in León, highly recommended in any time and place: limonade and torrijas.
Tasting: It is a lemonade with a purplish color, clean and bright. On the nose, it is very fruity, highlighting mainly the notes of lemon and jams as well as cinnamon. In the end it is a sweet drink, but not cloying, and of great freshness, which is very sweet and easy to drink.
Not surprisingly, the typical Lemonade lemonade is a variation of the sangria, and it is basically made with red wine, sugar, cinnamon stick, natural lemon and also natural orange. Besides you can add other fruits, or raisins, but the essential are those ingredients. 8-10 €.
