Tasting: Rosé wine with a bright raspberry pink color. Fresh and intense nose with a sweet tooth, with aromas reminiscent of red berries, certain floral tones, and jelly beans. Balsamic notes and licorice are also appreciated. In the mouth it is dense, enveloping, vibrant and vivid with great balance and a long finish. Very fruity character with a flavor of strawberries, cherries and orange peel. The acidity provides freshness and balances these sweet fruity sensations. In short, it is a full-bodied rosé, but whose freshness and fruitiness make it very easy to drink. 5-7 €.*

* Great value for the price.

Pairing: Wine that is ideal for various types of rice, (Boletus, cockles and mussels ...), also paellas. Pasta, white meat with quinoa, fatty fish, hearty salads, and of course, as an aperitif.
