Tasting: Young red wine that has a cherry red color with violet hues. Powerful nose with great fruity presence of aromas of red fruit of the forest, plum, jam, being very persistent.
Live and powerful on the palate, with salty and spicy notes. Slightly astringent, fresh, with a long and balsamic finish and a very integrated acidity. A wine very well obtained, little known and of excellent quality price. (€ 10.50).

Pairing: Structured and fresh wine that makes it very affordable for dishes such as complex salads, pasta, white meats, blue fish, baked fish in general, baked or grilled vegetables.
