Behind this curios name, which most resembles an advertising slogan, there is a short production of 100% mencía wine elaborated without sulfites and in an ecological way even if it is not labeled as such. After the brand, they hide neither more nor less than Ricardo and Álvaro Palacios. Quite a curiosity that is worth trying, especially if you love the Mencía grape.

Tasting: Young red wine, without aging. Visually it presents a marked violet color, very covered. A very varietal wine, very fruity on the nose and in the mouth, without traces of wood taste, made in a traditional way. Aromas of red fruits are interspersed with mineral fragrances and Atlantic forest. It is a meaty, tannic wine, even corpulent, but very fresh, alive and tasty, which presents the Mencía grape without any type of artifice. (€ 8).

Pairing: It is a wine that supports a variety of dishes. Ideal for red meats and game, but also good for legumes, blue fish, nuts, mushrooms.
