Wine tour and "tapas" through the city of Seville

INTRODUCTION
Seville has the largest old quarter in Spain and one of the three largest in Europe. Mostly of Arab origin,  it is an endless succession of labyrinthine streets, alleis, and squares, where the murmur of the water and the scent of the orange blossom make it a rewarding experience that is hard to forget.

Among its countless monuments include the cathedral of Santa Maria de la Sede de Sevilla in Gothic style, which has the largest surface in the world. The Alcazar, the Archivo de Indias, the María Luisa park, the Giralda, the old minaret of the Almohade mosque of the late twelfth century, or the Torre del Oro, also Almohade (twelfth century). They are all monuments that have earned for Seville the title of World Heritage City by UNESCO since 1987.

Genuine neighborhoods such as Santa Cruz, Triana or La Macarena offer endless bars and taverns where it is possible to savor their varied cuisine based on the Mediterranean diet, enjoy wines and beers, and of course, their tapas. It is not strange to be able to listen to flamenco live in one of the many local "tablaos" that exist in the city accompanied by a wine from Sherry or a "Manzanilla" from Sanlúcar.

WHAT DOES OFFER THESE URBAN WINE ROUTES?

Both routes share the same area, it is a tour through the center of the city, but in its most bohemian zone. In it we will have the opportunity to taste several wines paired with different tapas, emphasizing Andalusian wines, especially those of Sherry. On the route that includes the "enoteca" it is possible to set up a tasting of four wines with pairing. They can be Andalusian wines, or from different areas of Spain.

We will visit an environment of special charm, central, but from the centers of mass tourism. A traditional neighborhood, with narrow streets, and impossible corners, full of restaurants, taverns, shops, bakeries ... many places with an air certainly cosmopolitan, of different styles and careful design, but have managed to maintain in many cases their typical and traditional spirit, and above all, the personalized customer service; where someone feels comfortable. It is about visiting small taverns, so the number of members of a group should not exceed 6 people.  Also included wine shopping advise if required

The route is offered by professionals who in their career have managed to merge all the elements that make wine tourism attractive: wine, gastronomy, art, culture. There are not tours of beers and tapas. They are experiences where, parallel to the environment, those wines that best match the chosen tapa are recommended.
